OVERVIEW

Examination preparation is an important step toward taking any type of test.  One's score depends on your know-how of the North American transit industry, and one's level of understanding basic skills that are required for the type of certification seeking.

TOPICS COVERED IN THE EXAM

The certification program will cover up to 25 different areas of knowledge.  One is tested on subject matters that fall within the five levels of management known to the Transit Industry.  This includes First Line Supervisors to General Managers/CEO's.   One's performance on the exam is evaluated against the established criterion.
